The time you reserve includes your set up and clean up.
Clean up after yourself after every shoot (sweeping or mopping the floor, taking garbage out etc.)
The prop room is off limits at all times (located behind the right barn door)
Let the management know of any repairs, maintenance, or damage in the studio immediately.
Please LIFT, DO NOT DRAG/PULL any furniture, the floors scratch very easily.
NO Jumping on the bed!
Do NOT hang anything from the walls or rafters without prior approval from management.
Windows must remain closed and locked at all times.
No animals allowed in the studio.
The use of Glitter or Confetti is not allowed under any circumstance.
No open flames or candles allowed at any time.
Make sure you lock the top studio door as well as the two lobby doors when you complete your rental.
The studio is under video surveillance at all times.
If any damage occurs to the studio during your rental it will result in additional fees charged to your card on file.
All food and drink are to be kept to a minimum and not to be consumed on studio furniture
Only one photographer is to be permitted for the contracted time. Additional photographers will result in additional fees.
Workshops, events and styled sessions are permitted with prior management approval only.
Session fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling can be done without a fee if we have 48 hours or more notice.
Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee of $35
Sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled the day of. No refunds on hours unused.
Weekend sessions cannot be rescheduled, no exceptions.
Purchased time may be rescheduled for another date within 45 days of originally scheduled session.
Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.
The Loft Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the rental such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather, acts of God or emergencies. In such cases any offer to refund the reservation will be at the full discretion of The Loft Studio.Punch Passes
