Chelsea teaches Tuesday and Thursday nights and will be teaching monthly workshops at the Loft Studio

Chelsea has a passion for yoga which began 20+ years ago. She practiced off and on but was drawn to practice consistently after having three babies. All three pregnancies were very difficult and her body was left very weak, depleted, and full of joint pain each time. Hours were spent at the gym trying to build muscle back, but it wasn't until she added a consistent daily yoga practice that her journey to healing her body was accelerated. She arrived on her mat for the physical healing, but found mental and emotional healing there too. She enjoys sharing the healing power of yoga with her students, teaching several modalities, including: vinyasa flow, deep yin, restorative, power, hatha, yoga nidra, and meditation.

Chelsea is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, and is currently taking an additional 300-Hour Certification, soon to be completed in May, adding Kundalini Yoga to her teaching skillset. When she isn't at a yoga studio, Chelsea can be found snowboarding, mountain-biking, adventuring, hiking, or laughing with friends and family around a campfire somewhere in Utah.
